Wartsila Announces Key Disinvestments and Partnership Agreements in December 2025
Wartsila completed key strategic moves in late December 2025, including selling its Automation, Navigation and Control Systems business to Solix Group and Gas Solutions to Mutares SE & Co KGaA.
