Tritech Expands Canadian Presence Through Partnership Agreement With SEAMOR Marine

Tritech International and SEAMOR Marine of British Columbia have entered into an official reseller agreement, making SEAMOR Marine an approved supplier of Tritech's advanced sonar systems across Western Canada. This partnership capitalizes on SEAMOR's three decades of remote operated vehicle (ROV) expertise combined with Tritech's industry-leading Gemini multibeam imaging sonar technology.

According to Inja Ma, CEO of SEAMOR Marine, their partnership is an organic evolution of their long-standing relationship. She expressed excitement at expanding their partnership by becoming resellers for Tritech International sonar systems across West Coast Canada - this allows both companies to provide integrated underwater solutions tailored to meet challenging operational environments across Canada.

Mike Fioretti, Director of Engineering and Product Development for SEAMOR Marine, noted the strategic fit with Tritech as being easy: 'Partnering with Tritech was an easy choice; their products align perfectly with our design priorities for reliability and flexibility."

Strengthen Operations Through Executive Leadership Change

Steve Ward was recently appointed Executive Vice President of Tritech International Ltd, part of General Oceans Group. This appointment reflects Tritech International Ltd's ongoing focus on operational excellence and global expansion through strategic growth strategies.

Product Innovation and Market Expansion

Tritech continues to expand its sensor and sonar portfolio in response to emerging market opportunities, with products like the Super SeaKing mechanically scanning sonar for obstacle avoidance and target recognition as well as Gemini 720i real-time multibeam imaging sonar which has gained industry-wide renown for low visibility underwater operations.

Tritech has identified significant growth potential in new market segments such as offshore decommissioning, renewable energy projects, hydro-electric operations and defense applications including law enforcement and search-and-rescue operations. Their sensor technologies are specifically tailored to support operations in shallow water conditions with low visibility as well as deeper waters.

Tritech maintains operational facilities at three UK locations: Ulverston in Cumbria, Westhill in Aberdeenshire and Edinburgh in Scotland - in addition to having an office in Katy, Texas and global representative and customer networks. Tritech remains an industry leader when it comes to sensors and tools for ROV/AUV markets.
