N-Sea Group, a premier provider of integrated subsea solutions, recently announced a significant fleet expansion via a long-term charter agreement for a hybrid survey and ROV support vessel from newbuild construction.
Geo Master Charter Agreement
N-Sea Group has entered into a long-term charter with Mainport Shipping Ltd for the delivery of the Geo Master, a newbuild hybrid survey and ROV support vessel. The agreement was signed recently, marking a key step in the companys growth strategy.
The Geo Master features a design similar to the Geo Ranger, which is already under N-Sea Groups management. It will be constructed by Neptune Construction B.V. in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, The Netherlands, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2026 and full operational status expected by mid-March 2026.
N-Sea Groups newest acquisition expands their expertise in surveys, inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM), construction services, subsea cable services and UXO identification and disposal for both oil & gas and renewable energy industries worldwide.
Advanced Specifications with Sustainability Focus
The Geo Master will be upgraded to the latest standards for fuel efficiency and emissions reduction. It is also capable of running on biofuel, aligning with industry demands for sustainable operations.
Under N-Sea Groups's full commercial management and control, this vessel will help provide safer and more effective subsea operations. Integrated teams and specialized equipment will meet client requirements more effectively in challenging offshore environments.
N-Sea Groups fleet strategy centers around using dedicated vessels to deliver total subsea solutions with priority being given to safety, project management and client satisfaction within an eco-friendly framework.
Strategic Importance to N-Sea Group
The Geo Master represents an important contribution to N-Sea Groups growth ambitions. By expanding its fleet with advanced hybrid vessels, the company positions itself to handle increasing demands from offshore energy sectors transitioning to renewables.
